بررسی خصوصیات هیدرولیکی جریان در سرریزهای هیدروفویل نامتقارن

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر مطالعه عددی و آزمایشگاهی جریان بر روی سرریزهای هیدروفویل نامتقارن (دارای خمیدگی) است. در این پژوهش به‌منظور مدل‌سازی عددی از نرم‌افزار متن‌باز OpenFoam v. 4.0.1 استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از مدل‌سازی‌های عددی با استفاده از نتایج آزمایشگاهی مطالعات پیشین و مدل‌های آزمایشگاهی سرریز هیدروفویل طراحی شده با استفاده از تابع تبدیل ژوکوفسکی در پژوهش حاضر، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. بر اساس توصیه‌های مطالعات پیشین، مدل آشفتگی SST k-ω برای شبیه‌سازی جریان عبوری از روی سرریزهای هیدروفویل استفاده شد. نتایج شبیه‌سازی‌های عددی به ازای ویژگی‌های هندسی متفاوت، نشان داد که استفاده از سرریز هیدروفویل دارای خمیدگی، می‌تواند احتمال وقوع کاویتاسیون و دامنه فشارهای مثبت در پایین‌دست سرریز را نسبت به سرریز تاج‌دایره‌ای کاهش دهد؛ بدون آن‌که ارتفاع سرریز کاهش یابد. هم‌چنین نتایج نشان دادند که در سرریزهای هیدروفویل دارای خمیدگی، بیشترین تنش‌های برشی بستر و نیروهای فشاری در پایین‌دست سرریز هیدروفویل با خمیدگی بیشتر رخ می‌دهند و در نتیجه احتمال فرسایش در پایین‌دست این از نوع از سرریزها بیشتر است. علاوه بر این، احتمال وقوع فرسایش در پایین‌دست سرریز تاج دایره‌ای و سرریز هیدروفیل دارای خمیدگی هم‌ارتفاع با آن یکسان است؛ اما محدوده وقوع فرسایش در سرریزهای تاج دایره‌ای بزرگتر از سرریز هیدروفیل دارای خمیدگی هم‌ارتفاع آن است. بر اساس نتایج حاصل، استفاده از سرریز هیدروفویل دارای خمیدگی، می‌تواند مشکلات یاد شده در سرریزهای تاج دایره‌ای را مرتفع سازد، بدون آن که ارتفاع سرریز کاهش یابد.
