The Journal of Hydraulics is an open-access, quarterly journal published by the Iranian Hydraulic Association, covering various aspects of water engineering. It publishes research, technical (industry-related), review articles and Date Paper. All submissions undergo a double-blind peer-review process. Additionally, the journal employs similarity-checking software to ensure the authenticity of submitted articles.

Journal of Hydraulics follows the rules of the Committee of Publication Ethics (COPE) and complies with the executive regulations of the Law on Prevention and Combating Fraud in Scientific Works.
