The model consists of two principal steps. In the first step, atrade-off curve between objectives is developed using a recently developed multi-objective techniquenamely Nondominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm-II (NSGA-II). The objective functions are averagevalue of the treatment levels of dischargers and a fuzzy risk of violating the water quality standards.The best non-dominated solution on the trade-off curve, which shows an initial treatment costallocation, is defined using the Young conflict resolution theory. In the second step, using theNormalized Nucleolus cooperative game, the maximum saving cost of cooperating dischargers in acoalition is allocated to them fairly. This saving cost allocation provides a fair optimal tradingdischarge permisions policy. To illustrate applicability of the proposed methodology, it is applied tothe Zarjub river system in north of Iran. The efficiency of the methodology is also evaluated usingsome well-know criteria in the field of trading discharge permisions such as existence of hot spots andfree riders.}, keywords = {}, title_fa = {تجارت مجوزهای تخلیه بار آلودگی در رودخانه ها و توزیع هزینه های تصفیه: کاربرد بازی نوکلئولوس نرمال شده}, abstract_fa = {}, keywords_fa = {}, url = {https://jhyd.iha.ir/article_85515.html}, eprint = {https://jhyd.iha.ir/article_85515_9773ccd51dec578b276e9304b03c562b.pdf} }
