The operation policy is based on a multi-stage method (MSM) used to control floods of various magnitudes in reservoirs with gated spillways. It is assumed that the system has no flood forecast and thus shapes and sizes of the inflow hydrographs are not previously known. In this method, the rate of flow released in each stage level is decided according to the current reservoir water level and determined in such a way that flood damage risk for downstream areas is minimized while the dam’s safety is maintained. For this purpose, an optimization algorithm is introduced in which the expected annual flood damage downstream of the river system is the objective function and the spillway discharges in stage levels of spillways gates are the decision variables. A continuous genetic algorithm is utilized to solve this problem. As a case study, the Dez river system including multi-reservoir of Dez and Bakhtiyari is analyzed. Finally the current research result is compared with another research. Results obtained from the proposed model indicate dramatic decrease in the expected annual flood damage. Comparison of the results with other studies shows that the proposed model has a better ability in flood control and minimizing the damage costs.}, keywords = {optimization,flood,Spillway gate,Genetic algorithm,Flood damage}, title_fa = {بهینه‌سازی بهره‌برداری از سرریزهای دریچه‌دار در سیستم‌های چند مخزنه با استفاده از الگوریتم ژنتیک با مطالعه موردی سیستم سدهای دز و بختیاری}, abstract_fa = {در این تحقیق یک مدل شبیه‌سازی-بهینه‌سازی برای حداقل‌سازی خسارت سیلاب پایین‌دست، با استفاده از مانور دریچه‌های سرریز سیستم‌های چند مخزنی فاقد سیستم پیش‌بینی سیلاب پیشنهاد شده است. در این نحقیق به منظور کنترل سیلاب در سد‌هایی که سرریز آنها از نوع دریچه‌دار می‌باشد، یک روش پله‌ای با هدف پاسخگویی بلادرنگ به وقوع سیلاب‌هایی که از قبل هیچ‌گونه آگاهی از شکل و اندازه هیدروگراف ورودی آنها وجود ندارد، ارائه شده است. در روش پیشنهادی، تصمیم‌گیری در رابطه با اینکه در هر تراز بحرانی، چه مقدار دبی رها شود، فقط بر اساس تراز آب مخزن صورت می‌گیرد. لذا تعیین میزان دبی خروجی در هر تراز مهم‌ترین اقدام در این مرحله از کار است که با استفاده از یک مدل بهنیه‌سازی بر پایه اصول الگوریتم ژنتیک اعداد حقیقی تعیین شده است. تابع هدف مسأله بهینه‌سازی حداقل‌سازی خسارت سالیانه قابل انتظار در رودخانه پایین‌دست می‌باشد. به منظور نشان دادن عملکرد روش پیشنهادی، سیستم رودخانه دز شامل سد‌های بختیاری و دز به عنوان مطالعه موردی انتخاب شد و نتایج حاصل از تحقیق حاضر با نتایج تحقیقات قبلی مقایسه گردید. اجرای مدل شبیه‌سازی-بهینه‌سازی در سدهای مورد مطالعه سبب کاهش قابل ملاحظه در خسارت سالانه سیلاب قابل انتظار شده که نشان دهنده عملکرد مناسب مدل بهینه‌سازی می‌باشد. }, keywords_fa = {optimization,flood,Spillway gate,Genetic algorithm,Flood damage}, url = {https://jhyd.iha.ir/article_12974.html}, eprint = {https://jhyd.iha.ir/article_12974_d9d9246353382ab5cc5be27d7e1af3a2.pdf} }
