مطالعه‌ای بر روش‌های شناسایی ساختارهای منسجم در جریان کانال روباز با بستر غیر صاف (نقدی بر آنالیز کوآدرانت)

چکیده

ساختارهای منسجم در جریان­های لایه مرزی موجب انتقال مومنتم­ های جریان و تولید انرژی آشفتگی می­شوند. در شرایط توسعه یافتگی کامل جریان و در بالای زیر لایه لزج، ساختارهای منسجمی مانند پدیده­های جهش و جاروب و نیز گردابه­ های سنجاقی تشکیل می­شوند. به منظور شناسایی این ساختارهای آشفته روش­های گوناگونی مانند آنالیز کوآدرانت و بررسی مقادیر لحظه­ای سرعت سیال مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرند. در مطالعه حاضر به بررسی دقت و کارایی این روش­ها در جریان سطح آزاد روی بستر غیر صاف پرداخته می­شود. بدین منظور میدان جریان در یک بستر شنی به روش سرعت ­سنجی تصویری ذرات اندازه­ گیری شده است. بررسی نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان می­دهد که با وجود قابلیت هر دو روش در تشخیص و شناسایی ساختارهای جهش و جاروب در نقاط با فاصله اندک از بستر، نتایج حاصله در نزدیکی و در بین المان­های زبر بستر با یکدیگر متفاوت می ­باشند. این واقعیت از آنجا ناشی می­ شود که از نقطه نظر مفهومی به علت غیرصفر بودن مؤلفه قائم متوسط سرعت و نیز ماهیت سه بعدی جریان در شرایط بستر غیر صاف، استفاده از روش کوآدرانت صحیح به نظر نمی ­رسد. برهمین اساس پیشنهاد می­ شود که در شرایط بستر غیر صاف برای تشخیص ساختارهای جهش و جاروب از روش بررسی مقادیر لحظه­ ای سرعت جریان و یا روش بهبود یافته آنالیز کوآدرانت استفاده شد.
